1. Kottu Roti

The original recipe of this Sri Lankan Dutch Burgher delicacy has gone through many alterations in the hands of time but still the taste is one of a kind. The authentic Lamprais consists of Lamprais Curry, Frikkadels, Brinjal Paella, Chili & Onion Salad, Ash Plantain Fries, Deep fried boiled Egg and of course, the Rice all neatly wrapped in a banana leaf.
